Biography
Lm Beatz is one of the many pseudonyms used by M.A.S. de Vries (real name: Martijn A. S. de Vries), born in Holland in the late 1970s. He grew up dreaming of making music and started mixing and producing in the late 1990s at Triple B Records studios in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
When the electronic house era emerged in the early 1990s, he bought his first synth and began writing his first tunes. In early 2002 he started Elevated Music, a combination of a production studio and a label, intended to write and record songs and vocals for in-house artists.
Other pseudonyms he has used include Dawes, First Impression, Lyra, Sam G, The Foundation and The Producer.
