Biography

Liz Kay, real name Eliza Krul, is a Dutch singer born in 1981 in Delft. She began her career at age sixteen by participating in talent competitions, where she reached finals and won several victories, which boosted her confidence and encouraged her to pursue music. At nineteen, she started vocal lessons for three and a half years, then interrupted them to join a pop group where she received specific coaching. She simultaneously earned a degree in cultural and social work and held a flexible job that allowed her time for singing.


During her career, she was sought after for various studio work, collaborating with different producers and creating advertisements and jingles for Dutch radio and television. She participated in numerous projects, including a theater play with soul classics, a pop/rock cover band in Delft, and live club performances with a DJ for dance music. She became known for her dance music singles produced by Yann Peifer and Manuel Reuter. In 2005, she met the German producers Yanou and DJ Manian, with whom she prepared a series of singles for the dance scene. Her repertoire covers various electronic styles such as dance, trance, house, eurodance, nightcore, and happy hardcore.


Under her alias Eliza Krul, she embodies her artistic identity, with recordings such as True Faith (Radio Edit) in 2008.
