Biography
In-Grid is the stage name of the Italian artist Ingrid Alberini, born 11 September 1978 in Guastalla.
She is best known for her 2001 single Tu es foutu, also released internationally as You Promised Me; the track became a global club hit, charting in many countries across Europe, Latin America, Australia and the United States.
In the United States, the song reached number one on the Billboard Dance Top 40 in 2004 and was used in the TV series “Queer Eye For The Straight Guy”.
