Gusto
Biography
Gusto, born Edward Greene and sometimes credited as Ed “Gusto” Greene, is an artist born in the Bronx, New York.
He began his career in rap in the mid-1980s and founded and ran the label Soul Power Records (2). In the early 1990s he turned to house music.
He is best known as a one-hit wonder in 1995 with the track Disco's Revenge, released on Bumble Beats Records; this house track is built on a sample of Groovin' You by Harvey Mason.
Before that success, Edward Greene worked as a residential care assistant for people with disabilities.
