General Base
Biography
The General Base project was founded around 1990 by German DJ Thomas Kukula. After several years of DJing in Germany, he decided not only to play music but also to write and produce it.
The project includes members Thomas Kukula, Michael Kassner, Heike Hellmer and Heike Winderlich.
In 1993 General Base released the singles Apache (followed by an interactive remix CD) and Poison; that same year saw the release of their first album, First.
