Eden
Biography
Eden brings together Ian Henderson and Mark Power, who met in Dublin in 1998 and almost immediately discovered a shared love of Pop music. Both songwriters, they began swapping ideas and soon recorded a number of songs that caught the attention of Warner Brothers in Germany.
Under the name In Utopia, the band relocated to Hamburg. Within six months of meeting, Eden had secured a major-label deal and toured across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. The years that followed moved fast: a switch to Universal, radio awards, TV shows, pilfered champagne, and disgruntled drag queens.
