East Side Beat
Biography
East Side Beat is an Italian dance music project founded in 1991. The collective brings together several producers and musicians, including Gianfranco Bortolotti, Bruno Guerrini, Carl Fanini, Tiziano Pagani, Francesco Petrocchi, Luca Capretti, and Giovanni Cinaglia. Their career began that same year with the singles Divin' The Beat and Ride Like The Wind. They released Alive & Kicking and I Don't Know in 1992, followed by their self-titled album East Side Beat in 1993, which compiled their early hits and new tracks such as My Girl, You're My Everything, and So Good. The project is also known under the names E S B, East Side, East Sidebeat, Eastside Beat, and Synpow Mithes. Their style falls within the dance, house, and eurodance currents, typical of the Italian electronic scene of the 1990s.
