DJ Rynno

DJ Rynno is the stage name of Romanian DJ and producer Sorin Costache. He is also known through the variations DJ Rhynno, DJ Ryno and Rynno.

His music sits within electronic music, moving between Trance and House, and often features female vocals. He frequently collaborates with a singer named Sylvia (or Sylvia); this partnership led to a successful duo on the Romanian scene and to the recording of a full studio album.

The project gained major exposure with Feel, which became a hit widely played on Romanian radio and television. Audiences notably discovered the duo in 2007 in Sibiu, where the track was performed for the first time; it later received strong media attention after a live performance at the 2007 MTV DJ Awards, also in Sibiu.

Several successful singles followed, including Save me, Fantasy of love, Feel in love, Chiar dacă ai plecat and Noi doi. The single Mandella crossed national borders and became a hit in countries such as Greece, Cyprus and Turkey.

In 2016, DJ Rynno & Sylvia released tracks including De Neînlocuit, Feel in Love and You look Indian. DJ Rynno is also a resident at the Gossip club in București. Despite his success, he prefers to stay in the shadows, describing himself as discreet and uninterested in public opinion.

Since 2018, he has been living in Sweden with his family.
