Co. Ro.

Co. Ro.

Biography

The Italodance project Co. Ro. was formed by Italian producers Emanuele Cozzi and Maurizio Rossi. The collective achieved its first success in 1992 with its debut single, featuring singer Taleesa. Other hit tracks followed in 1993, again with the participation of Taleesa.

In 1994, Taleesa left the group to pursue new projects as a solo singer. She was replaced by Jay Rolandi, who joined the lineup. That same year, the group released the single Temptation as well as a full album. The years 1994 and 1995 saw the release of two more singles, this time with singer Lyen.

The project became less active afterwards, with only two additional singles released in 1998 and 1999. All Co. Ro. recordings are released by the label Propio Records.

Other members who contributed to the project include Emanuela Gubinelli and Rolando Zaniolo. The group’s name appears in many graphic variations, such as C.O.R.O., CO-RO, Co Ro, or Co.Ro.
