Biography

Chumi DJ, real name Francisco Javier Chumillas Sáez, is a Spanish DJ from Orihuela in the province of Alicante.

His club career began in 1992 at the venue El Molino. He then performed in several nightclubs, including Watios (which later became Revival in Los Montesinos), KKO in Torrevieja for four years, and Hook in Torrevieja for one year.

The most significant period of his career began in 1997 with a long residency at the Límite club in Santomera, which lasted until 2000. He then played at Límite de Los Ramos from April 2002 to July 2005, and later at the same club renamed Happiness from October 2006 to June 2007. He currently performs at events throughout Spain.

In terms of music production, he has been collaborating with Spanish, Italian, and Belgian producers since 1996. He also held the position of A&R for the labels Overbooking Records and Limite Records.

Among his notable tracks are No Reason, Stop Leaving My Life, If You Can't Give Me Love, and Come Back Before You Leave.

He is active under many aliases and name variations, including Chumi DJ, Chumi DJ, Chumi DJ, Chumi DJ, Graft Brit, Limite, Spiral Pure, Ace Of Beat, Ender Dream, Sceptical Matter, Francisco Javier Chumillas, JFC (3), 2me (3), and Pluscuamperfecto.
