Biography
Cheap Thrills is a music project bringing together Tudor Ionescu, a Romanian songwriter and composer based in Bucharest and a member of Fly Project, and Novpesci, an independent American rapper from Punta Gorda, Florida, and a member of the indie hip hop project Tha Incentive.
