Biography
Blå Øjne is the stage name of Danish singer Julie Rugaard, born in 1978 in Jægerspris.
She debuted in 1998 with the album “Romeo Og Julie”, made up of covers of Danish songs, and released the album “Tæt På” in 2001.
Under the alias Blue Ice, she also released the track “You Keep Me Hanging On”.
