Basic Connection
Biography
Basic Connection is an Italian music project operating in the field of electronic dance music, particularly euro house, italo dance, and eurodance. The project was created and produced by Mauro Tondini and D. Gorgoni, with the involvement of Antonio Hernandez. The main members are Mauro Tondini and Daniela Gorgoni.
The project released several singles under the alias Basic Connection in the late 1990s, such as Hablame Luna in 1997, Angel in 1998, and You Are My Love in 1999. A self-titled album, Hablame Luna, was released in 1998. This album featured several vocalists, including Julie Harrington, Laura Robles, Helen Jayne Davie, Alice Guarnieri, Dana, and Daniela Rando.
The project is sometimes referenced under the spelling variation Basic Conection.
