Aventura

Aventura, initially known as Los Tinellers, formed in the Bronx, New York, and brings together Anthony Santos, Lenny Santos, Max "Mikey" Santos and Henry Santos.

The collective emerged by blending various influences on a Pop foundation, incorporating elements of R&B and hip-hop into its approach.

From the start, the group displayed artistic independence, handling production, arrangement and songwriting themselves.

Their style evolved to include pronounced use of electronics and effects in the instrumentation, notably in the guitar work, while exploring funkier and rock textures.

Their major commercial breakthrough came with songs like Obsesión, which achieved significant crossover success.

Subsequent collaborations with artists from the Hip-Hop and international Pop scenes — including Don Omar, Wyclef Jean, Ludacris, Akon and Bad Bunny — consolidated their chart presence and broadened their audience.

The album The Last marked a peak in their career, reaching high chart positions and becoming the best-selling Latin album over a two-year period.

The group is recognized for expanding the boundaries of their original genre by injecting modern, urban sounds, contributing to its global popularization.
