Alessia

Elena Baboia, born 14 March 1984 in Constanța (Romania), is known on stage as Alessia; she performs pop, dance and house. From age 14 she took singing, dance and image lessons to train as a complete artist and was a member of the group Oxygen.

Her solo career began in 2010 with the single Boro na sou po, which quickly became a hit and one of the most played tracks of the year; this success earned her the «New Entry Top Hit» award at the Romanian Top Hits in 2011.

In 2011 she released her second single, Find Me (Ale, Ale), which also met great public success and ranked in the Top 10 most played summer tracks according to Media Forest.

In early 2012 Alessia unveiled her third single, Everyday, collaborating with Boier Bibescu, Preston, Chucho and Don Baxter.

To close 2012 she prepared the single Ale Kumaye, produced by Allexinno and Starchild; the track, described as joyful and dynamic, follows the same line as her previous work.

Alessia contributes to composing her own songs and wishes each melody to bring something new while reflecting a facet of her personality.
