Biography
2 Black 4 U is a dance project created by Fred Vandermast and Peggy Christy.
Fred Vandermast is also the originator of the Poco Loco Gang project.
Peggy Christy, real name Peggy Buyssens, grew up in a café run by her parents where she sang as a child. Her father naturally took on the role of her manager.
At the age of ten, she recorded her first album in Antwerp. It notably included Damned Alone, a cover in the Antwerp dialect of I Feel So Damn Alone, and on the B-side an adaptation of Ben by Michael Jackson.
Throughout her career, Peggy Christy has collaborated on several occasions with artists such as Stafke Fabri, De Strangers and Katastroof.
