2 in a Room

2 In A Room is an American electronic music duo from Washington Heights, New York.

The group consists of rapper Rafael "Dose" Vargas and producer/remixer Roger "Rog Nice" Pauletta. The duo is also known under the names Danny Vargas and Victor Vargas.

Their first UK success was Somebody In The House Say Yeah! in late 1989.

Their biggest hit remains the track Wiggle It in 1990, which reached number one on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart for two weeks and peaked at number three in the UK. The single later achieved crossover success on mainstream radio, reaching number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning a gold record.

Another of their songs, El Trago (the Drink), entered the Hot 100 at number 86, marking their last appearance on that pop chart. However, the duo continued to place several singles on the dance charts throughout the 1990s.

Their music is associated with the hip house, latin house, Chicago house, and ballroom vogue genres.

The duo is also known by several name variations such as 2 In A Bedroom, 2 In Da Room, 2 In The Room, 2-In-A-Room, 2In A Room, 2InARoom, 2Na Room, In A Room, and Two In A Room.
