Emdey
Biography
The DJ, producer and artist Emdey (alias Marvin Dörsam) from Hannover, Germany represents his solo artist project and is a rising name on the global electronic scene.
He played several instruments growing up and turned a hobby into a passion for music and production.
At 17 he had his first remix released on the Ministry of Sound compilation Em-Bassy One.
In 2016 he signed exclusive music to Armin van Buuren’s label Armada Music, working within a creative environment alongside artists such as Lost Frequencies, Tube & Berger and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.
His initial streaming successes came with Prima Ballerina (2019) and Venus (2020), each surpassing 2 million streams.
His more recent singles Finally (2021) and Down Under (2022) have also passed the one million mark on Spotify.
