Forgét Mej

Forgét Mej is a Swedish music project centered around the producer and songwriter Jakob Erixson, also known as Jakke Erixson and TinyIsland.

The music of Forgét Mej fuses Scandinavian roots with American folk influences, creating a sound that blends electronic etherealism with deep sensibility. The sonic approach integrates live-played piano and strings, vintage echo machines, Moog synthesizers, and ABBA-inspired vocal productions, heavily worked with reverb.

The project is presented as a collaboration between the producers and songwriters T.I. Jakke and KOSK, as well as classically trained musicians like Philip Wareborn and the American artist VΛNSΛ. Together, they evoke both nostalgia for the past and hope for the future through their music.
