Alvaro Estrella
Biography
Alvaro Estrella, full name Alvaro Raul Estrella Zapata, is a Swedish singer and dancer born on August 14, 1980, in the parish of Sollentuna.
He is of Chilean origin. His career is strongly linked to Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest.
He participated in the 2014 edition with the song Bedroom, written by Jakke Erixson, Jon Bordon, Loren Francis, and Kristofer Östergren. He performed in the first semi-final in Malmö but did not advance to the final, finishing in 6th place.
Before his participation as a lead artist, Alvaro Estrella had been present at Melodifestivalen for many years as a dancer. He notably accompanied singer Danny Saucedo on the track Amazing in 2012.
