Driftmoon
Biography
Driftmoon is a trance and EDM project originally formed in 2013 by Miikka Leinonen (from Jyväskylä, Finland), Juraj Klička (from Slovakia, also known as Pizz@dox) and David Sherlock (from the United Kingdom). The team of electronic music producers is signed to Armada Music and Enhanced Recordings.
In November 2013, David Sherlock left the group to focus on his work, owning the company Freshly Squeezed Samples. The following year, the remaining duo launched their own digital label, Driftmoon Audio.
In April 2016, Miikka Leinonen also left Driftmoon. The duo announced its reformation on March 10, 2023.
Their style is described as uplifting trance, progressive trance, and general electronic music, with a mission to redefine the electronic dance music scene through emotional melodies, uplifting chords, and energetic club mixes.
