Biography
Flush is a project whose members are Stephen Singer and Vanni Giorgilli.
Stephen Singer (Stephen M. Singer), born 27 May 1954, began producing in 1985 and ran the Excalibur studio. He recorded artists such as Toto, Chicago, Ramones, Cheap Trick, Keith Richards, Ringo Starr and Bonnie Bianco. In 2000 he founded Ocenalight Productions, which produced pop and dance records including releases by Zane and Foster (Top Ten dance Germany) and released albums via Water Music (Universal USA). He has also produced DVDs with the Pointer Sisters and Air Supply, and worked on projects involving Peter Cetera, Dionne Warwick, Poco Loco Gang, Manhattan Transfer, America, the Spinners and a project with Chic and Nile Rodgers.
Vanni Giorgilli (Giovanbattista Giorgilli), born 11 November 1973 in Fiuggi, Italy, studied classical piano as a child and began DJing at 14. He won the DMC championships and scored his first hit in 1994 under the pseudonym Iskon with Harekrisna. In 1997 he launched Subside Records, collaborated with Do It Yourself and produced artists such as Carolina Márquez, Molella and Regina; Subside comprises three recording studios and the publishing company Vanni G Music. He took part in the 52nd Sanremo Festival as songwriter, arranger and producer for the group Lollipop and the song Batte Forte.
The Flush project thus brings together the studio and production experience of Stephen Singer and the DJ, label and songwriting background of Vanni Giorgilli.
