Biography
Hands Up For Japan is a charity project created in 2011 by the German label Central Stage Of Music to assist the victims of the Great East Japan earthquake, which occurred on 11 March 2011.
The collective brings together several label artists — Scotty, Nick Austin, Raindropz!, Tom Pulse, Sublunar Project, DJ R. Gee, Tecay, FaceMan, Sir Henry, Frank Kohnert and Trimix — who produced tracks in the hands up style, an energetic subgenre of electronic dance music, to raise funds for the cause.
