
CJ Stone
Biography
CJ Stone, born Andreas Litterscheid, is a German producer and DJ recognized on the international trance and pop scene.
His passion for music began around age 12 when he started mixing his own tracks using cassettes and two tape recorders, earning the nickname “Cassette Jockey”, which inspired his stage name CJ Stone.
He has been part of the production team Bass Bumpers since 1994 and co-founded the project Phalanx with Michel Beugel and Adrie Berk; his productions and remixes have seen chart success.
As CJ Stone he built a fanbase with popular tracks such as Infinity, Shining star, Into the sea and The sun, mainly on the German label Kontor Records.
Andreas Litterscheid has made a name as both DJ and producer in pop and dance, but uses the CJ Stone alias to express his love for trance and dance music; he has performed at numerous clubs and events across Europe, Canada and the United States.
