Biography
Bounce is a Belgian music project led by Danny Corten and Mark Carpentier.
Danny Corten (Danny Irene Antoine Corten) is a Belgian DJ and Dance music producer, born on 1974-02-09 in Antwerp.
Mark Carpentier, a DJ and Dance musician, started DJ-ing at age 17 in local bars and clubs. He later joined a C-Dance radio show and played at C-Dance parties held in Antwerp clubs. In 1998 he was offered a Friday residency at Highstreet disco by Marc Grouls, who later introduced him to the Reflex club, where he became a Saturday resident.
Under the name “Mark with a K”, he connected with Jumper Records and teamed up with DJ Danny (an alias of Danny Corten). Together they produced the track Get On The Floor. They also produce under the alias Paris Avenue.
