Sonia y Selena

Sonia y Selena is a Spanish female pop/dance duo formed in the early 2000s, bringing together Sonia Basseda and Bárbara Selena Rodríguez Parra. Their first active period brought them major success with their debut album; the duo split in mid-2002 and reunited in 2024. Among their signature songs is Yo Quiero Bailar (2001), a summer 2001 hit, which was performed by the Super Águias at the Estádio da Luz and appears on the soundtrack of the film “Futebolada” (Pants Down Productions).
