Pasi Ja Anssi
Biography
The Finnish duo Pasi ja Anssi is formed by the artists Aki Ekqvist and Joonas Naskali.
Created in 2016 while they were students, the project combines songwriting and video production.
Classified as Finnish pop and iskelmä, it sometimes incorporates dance and folk-disco elements.
Among the country’s most popular acts, the duo totals over 130 million plays, several multi-platinum hits, an official summer radio hit and the most-viewed YouTube clip in Finland within a year.
They have played the major Finnish festivals and performed more than 600 concerts.
On stage they wear light armor; their aim is to have fun, share good spirits and create a party atmosphere!
