Biography
Noni, born Noni Răzvan Ene on 17 April 1992 in Bucharest, is a Romanian singer, songwriter, producer, TV personality and dancer. He gained international recognition representing Romania at Junior Eurovision 2004 with Îţi mulţumesc, finishing fourth with 123 points—the country’s best result in the contest.
Raised in a musical family, he graduated from the Dinu Lipatti High School of Arts and made his television debut in 1997 on Abracadabra (ProTV). In 1997 he also won the Tip Top – Mini Top contest on TVR1. He co-founded the production team Sindrum Media and has produced songs for other artists.
Following a stint with Cat Music and the single Give me the sunlight produced by Sunrise Inc, he signed with Walt Disney Records in 2010 to release the Romanian version of Wouldn't Change a Thing and joined Sindrum Media in 2012. He lent vocals to Unbreakable, premiered on Antena 1 during “Neatza with Răzvan and Dani”, and recorded No te puedo olvidar, which found success in Romania, Spain and Azerbaijan.
His debut studio album Îţi mulţumesc (2010) was released by OVO Music. At the invitation of director Rachel Talalay he appeared in the film The Wind in the Willows. In 2014 he provided the Romanian voice of Tadashi in Big Hero 6 for Walt Disney Pictures.
