Biography
Michael Anthony Woods, known as Michael Woods, is a DJ and producer from London. He is the brother of singer Marcella Woods and has Argentine and Guyanese roots.
His career began under the alias Warrior, scoring his first successes in 2000. The self-titled single Warrior topped the UK Club Chart and reached No. 19 in the UK Top 40. The follow-up Voodoo also entered the Top 40.
Under the name Accadia, he released ambient trance singles on the Lost Language label. He became more widely known with If U Want Me (2003), featuring Australian model Imogen Bailey, and Solex (Close to the Edge) (2003) with vocals by Juliette Jaimes.
In 2011, he produced Changed the Way You Kiss Me for singer and rapper Example; the track debuted at No. 1 on the UK charts.
Since 2008, he has run his own label, Diffused Music. He also operates under the project name Offaiah, a wordplay combining “All” and “Fire”.
