
Vau Boy
Biography
Vau Boy is the musical pseudonym of Pablo Rodríguez, an electronic music producer, singer, and DJ.
His activity began in 2011, and he quickly started publishing his music online, achieving some success on major audio streaming platforms.
In 2014, he created an official remix for DJ S3RL’s label, which led to a proposal for a full track collaboration. Since then, he has worked with artists such as Distrion, Daniel Seven, and M-Project.
In 2016, he released his first track with the Los Angeles-based label ‘Attack The Music’, which has ties to the Japanese electronic scene. That same year, he contributed to a soundtrack for the renowned video game company CAPCOM.
Wanting to perform his music live, he joined a punk rock band as the lead singer, ukulele and acoustic guitar player, as well as composer, mixer, and producer. This experience revealed his passion for the stage.
He made his debut as a DJ in Dordrecht, Netherlands, in 2018.
His musical style is associated with electronic music, with references to happy hardcore, remixes, video game music (VGM), and bass music.
