Ultra Naté, born Ultra Naté Wyche, is an American house singer, songwriter, producer, DJ, and promoter, born on March 20, 1968, in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
She began pre-medical studies before being discovered by the production collective Basement Boys and launching her music career.
She became highly popular on the European dance scene and was one of the first house artists to sign a contract with a major label, Warner Bros. Records in the UK, facilitated by Cynthia Cherry and Peter Edge.
She manages the labels Blufire and Deep Sugar Music.
She is known for tracks such as Free.
Among the many variations of her stage name are Brizi, Nate, U. Naté, Ultra Nate Wyche, ウルトラ・ナテ, and 娜黛.
