Biography
Encore! is the stage name of the German singer Sabine Ohmes. She performs her songs exclusively in French.
Her career is closely linked to her collaboration with the producer Sash!. She adopted this pseudonym after being the voice on Sash!‘s trance track Encore Une Fois, which reached number 2 on the UK chart.
As a solo artist under the name Encore!, she later found success in the United Kingdom with her own single Le Disc Jockey, which reached number 12. This track, as well as the follow-up Le Paradis, was written by Sash!‘s producers, Ralf Kappmeier and Thomas Lüdke, formerly known as the production teams Tokapi.
The collaboration with Sash! continued on his third album, *Trilenium*, for which she performed the track Le Soleil Noir. This song was later remixed in a style closer to Encore Une Fois and released by Encore! without much success.
Her musical style is associated with trance, pop, and eurodance, as well as french house.
