Noémi

Noémi

Biography

Noémi is a German music project in the dance and pop genres, launched in 2001 by a production team.

Initially, the project focused on vocal trance and was performed by singer Stefania Vento. The production collective, originally known as Voodoo and Serano, included several producers such as Thomas Detert, Mike Griesheimer, Thorsten Kipka, and Manfred Hölter.

These producers occasionally released remixes under the name Noémi without Stefania Vento’s involvement.

The single I Do 4 U was released in 2003. That same year, the closure of the dance division of Jive/Zomba Records led to the cancellation of other singles and a planned album.

Since 2010, Stefania Vento has used the name Noémi for her own solo releases and stage performances.
