Sunset Strippers
Biography
Sunset Strippers is an electronic music group from the United Kingdom, consisting of the DJs Harry Diamond, Sergei Hall (also known as Sergei Forster-Hall) and Kieron McTernan (sometimes spelled Keiron McTernan).
The collective is best known for the track Falling Stars, a remix of the 1988 hit Waiting for a Star to Fall. That production was at the center of a sample battle with the group Cabin Crew.
Their remix work also includes a version of Cry Little Sister (originally the theme from the film The Lost Boys, written by Gerard McMahon under the pseudonym Gerard McMann), which reached the UK Top 25. They also remixed the track The Switch by Planet Funk, which was used in television advertisements for Mitsubishi.
Members of the project later continued their musical careers under the name My Digital Enemy.
