Biography
Ph Electro, whose real name is Paul Hutsch, is a German DJ and producer born on 15 June 1976 in Mönchengladbach.
With more than 15 years of career and over 200 releases to his name, he is regarded as one of the most successful figures of the German electronic scene; his productions have regularly appeared in international sales charts.
His biggest commercial success came with his cover of the house classic Alive, which became the best-selling dance single in France and stayed at the top of the charts for several weeks; with more than two million maxi-CDs sold, this success opened the doors to the league of international superstars, who commissioned him numerous remixes.
Among these commissions are remixes for the British No.1 Evacuate The Dancefloor, for RIO and for the single following the No.1 hit [song]Infinity[/song].
He then released his first solo single, a remake of Scott McKenzie’s classic San Francisco, reworked in his characteristic electro-house sound.
As a DJ, Ph Electro tours the world with his Elektro-House-Set, offering a dynamic mix of energetic electro and festive atmosphere; his inimitable style makes him a sought-after guest in clubs as well as large discotheques.
