Biography
Bell, Book & Candle was founded in 1994 in Berlin. The project features Jana Groß (vocals), Andy Birr (guitar, drums), and Hendrik Röder (bass).
The group gained international recognition with the single Rescue Me, which reached No. 3 in the German charts in 1997 and became successful in several European countries.
Their debut album “Read My Sign” (1998) includes Rescue Me, features other hit tracks, and peaked at No. 4 on the German album charts. More albums followed, including “Longing” (2000) and “The Tube” (2001). In 2024, they released “L.O.V.E.”, which reached No. 66 in Germany.
Bell, Book & Candle perform regularly at festivals and remain present on the German music scene.
